Currently, the platform only allows businesses to display up to 3 program offers. For online training businesses, this is too limiting and does not reflect how our offers are actually structured. Many of us have multiple services, entry points, and program pathways designed to serve different client needs and stages of the customer journey. We often sell a variety of offers such as beginner programs, specialty programs, premium coaching, short-term challenges, and program series that are intended to lead customers from one offer to the next. Restricting businesses to only 3 visible offers makes it harder to present our full value, reduce buyer friction, and guide leads toward the right fit. This limitation also impacts sales potential and lead generation. If we cannot showcase the full range of our programs, the marketplace/CRM feature becomes much less useful as an investment for businesses with a real offer ecosystem. Allowing businesses to display more than 3 offers, or ideally set their own number of visible offers, would make the platform significantly more practical for online coaching and training brands. This would better support real business growth, stronger conversions, and more flexibility in how offers are presented.
