Search Bar at the Top of Sidebar Client List

I love the new addition of a client list in the side bar. It makes navigation to different clients within the same subset easy. I think it may be more functional, though, if it was just a general list of all clients, with a search bar for client name at the top. Or, alternatively, if you could navigate to different client groups within the sidebar itself.

Also if I'm on the training tab on one client and navigate to another client or would be nice if it took me straight to their training tab. I'm doing all my programming at once, those extra clicks add up!
