This one feature would reinforce Everfit on the mountaintop of fitness coaching apps.
One way I have seen this done is that you can link the same session together across a 6 week phase (for example)
Each session is in sequence and you can quickly and linearly adjust weights, reps, sets, etc across the phase. This is true Periodization and Progressive Overload.
It is currently cumbersome to program, as you have to click on each individual session 1 by 1.
Most coaching apps do not have a great way of programming periodization or true progression. Google docs remain the archaic gold standard for this. And dare I mention that Trainerize DOES offer this feature. Which is a good way to see it in action.
Screenshot attached of how THEY do it over there. Made me feel ill just opening up that horrid app. So you know where my allegiance lies.
