I'm really frustrated with Everfit's lack of updating us as coaches (paying customers) on what updates are happening.
For example, a few weeks ago I woke up and found out, from client messages, that the in-app food tracker was now available in the app.
And then spent the morning fielding questions over this, instead of being able to proactively put together an update to announce this new feature to our clients.
We always get a little popup that says
"There is a new version of Everfit available - please refresh"
, but never any details about
what
has been updated.
Then we have to either:
1️⃣ hope that we eventually stumble upon the new feature (like I did today with the "form comparisons" update)...
2️⃣ hope we
happened
to have voted on the feature request here on Canny, so that we get notified it's been marked as "Complete", and at least find out about it that way...
3️⃣ wait until an Everfit promo blog post is released over a batch of updates.
It seems like it should be simple to include a brief note about what the actual update is when this "new version" popup appears.
It's very frustrating to have to click around and try to find what's new, and Everfit is one of the only products I've ever used that doesn't maintain a changelog to keep users informed.
