I'm currently going through a rebranding process, and it's highlighted two significant gaps in the platform that I'd love to see addressed.

There's no efficient way to bulk-manage content across the platform. The ability to mass select, filter, and delete should be a standard function everywhere — exercises, programs, resources, clients — not just in isolated areas. This is a basic workflow need, especially for anyone restructuring their content library.

The platform needs a proper housing system for resources — links, PDFs, videos, documents — organized into folders, searchable, and accessible across every area of Everfit.

Right now, a single resource like a PDF has to be re-uploaded or reformatted depending on where you want to use it. It should be uploaded once and available to apply as:

A task

A resource library item

An inbox attachment

An announcement

Speaking of announcements — having to save them as separate documents and rebuild them each time is genuinely painful. A saved announcement template or a direct link to a stored resource would solve this immediately.

These aren't niche requests — they're foundational to running an organized, scalable coaching operation. Thanks for considering them.
