Dashboard & Check-Ins

A coaching dashboard that shows check-ins all in one spot, where you can also see metrics, and progress photos all on one screen. I'd also like to be able to scroll while commenting on their check-in to go over each point.

A separate check in tab from forms and questionnaires

The idea is to have a dedicated check-in tab that centralises all client check-in data in one place, organised by individual client. This would allow coaches to quickly review historical and current check-ins without needing to search through messages or notes.
Each check-in would be scheduled, with the ability to set specific check-in days and automatic reminders sent to clients to complete them. This helps improve consistency and reduces missed check-ins.
From a coaching perspective, there would also be a clear overview of submitted check-ins that have not yet been responded to. Coaches could easily see what is outstanding and mark check-ins as completed once they have been reviewed and replied to, creating a cleaner workflow and better accountability on both sides.

Yes! I currently use the notes section so I have to have multiple tabs open to view their calendar, goals, history and food journal. Nice to have an overview where I can complete my check in and at least see their journey

Long Nguyen Excited for this possibility! I do hope there's in-depth questionnaires / test groups for this. It can be a game changer for Everfit's functionality if done well. 🙏🏽

I really need:
A dedicated Check-In Dashboard showing all clients with active check-ins in one place
Clear check-in status visibility (e.g. not due, due, overdue, client completed, feedback due, feedback given, feedback read)
Visibility of key dates and actions (next check-in due, last check-in completed, last feedback sent/read)
A structured client check-in review screen that brings together training, nutrition, habits, metrics, and goals before feedback is written
Simple visual indicators (e.g. traffic light system) to highlight what’s going well, what needs attention, and what’s off track, ideally with trend comparison to previous periods

Trainer Dashboard

we need a private trainer dashboard or something! A place for us to write private reminders and notes (separately from the individual client notes), stats on missed workouts/check ins and for who to alert client attention urgency, a place to receive ALL submitted check ins as they come through to group in one area rather than just shoved all together in the notifications, and the ability to have tags to organize coaching sections and programs more efficiently, ability to see flagged alerts when clients need attention. I hope this makes sense! Just to have our own full page of everything in one place organized and efficient instead of all notifications just disorganized all together!

Just giving this some love. Having moved from Trainerize the Everfit dashboard is rather clunky. Too many clicks to do simple jobs and keep an eye on clients.
The trainerize coach "overview"/home page works really well and includes:
- New training phases needed
- Training phases ending soon
- Personal bests
- Not messaged lately
And the big one:
- Recent activities sidebar (workouts, metrics, etc). You can click on these "announcements" and a pop-up appears (simple, but highly effective) with the activity and the ability to comment/like.
Christina Giese postsed this 2 years ago. Any updates Suzy?

Have a page where we can see all client feedback. Weight, photos, subjective, objective feedback, photos and videos. so we don't need to keep swapping pages to see all feedback. Other apps have already got this

Yes! I actually ordered a 2nd computer monitor/ screen so I can have client check in information on one screen so I can put together a comment on the other screen.

This platform would be elite if there was a dashboard tab in the coaches app that had all of the activity listed from your clients, similar to Trainerize, where you can like and comment on individual activities, progress photos, weigh-ins, etc.
The one downside with the coaches app is that the first page is only client names and no information about what the clients have done. It makes 1:1 PT a bit harder to manage.

What's the timetable on this?
