There needs to be an option to allocate a time for 1-1 Sessions. So right now I've created a Workout called 1-1, WhatsApp the clients a time and place and then stick it in Outlook. This should be automatic on the app. There's not a time option on the clients page. Would also be good it it linked to Outlook so it's all tracked.

A built-in scheduling tool where trainers can set their weekly availability directly within the web portal, allowing clients to book sessions (1-on-1s,Small groups assessments, consultations, and etc.) via the Everfit client app.
Key Features:
Trainer Availability: The ability to block out time slots and set session durations.
Client Booking: A seamless interface for clients to see open slots and book instantly.
Calendar Integration: Two-way synchronization with Google Calendar or similar.

Class Booking/Scheduling

The ability to do booking/scheduling in Everfit would be huge for me and would honestly allow me to consolidate tools.
Right now I use Glofox strictly for class scheduling, memberships, and basic booking and Everfit for programming, coaching, and client experience.
If Everfit had basic gym scheduling functionality, I could drop Glofox entirely.
What I specifically need:
• Recurring memberships with billing automation (8x/month, 12x/month, unlimited, etc.)
• Class capacity limits
• Waitlists
• Late cancel / no-show fees
• Member self-booking through the app
• Staff scheduling with assigned coaches per class
• Basic reporting on attendance + usage
• Stripe integration for automatic recurring payments
Nothing fancy, just reliable small-group gym scheduling like Glofox or Mindbody handles.
Everfit is already superior for coaching and programming. If booking and billing lived here too, it would be a true all-in-one platform for small group personal training gyms.
I’d gladly pay more for that consolidation.

Worth checking Superset for how they implement this. Also will be great if iCal can be integrated, not just google or outlook.

Being able to have a coach calendar that when you book in a client for a session it notifies them confirmation of booking! Kind of like a google invite link.
